Beaches

Koh Tao has so many beaches and bays, perfect locations to relax in the sun, read a book and listen to the waves lapping at your feet. Relax in a hammock whilst sipping away on a cocktail and watch the sunset over the crystal clear blue waters of the Gulf of Thailand.

Snorkelling

This is a great way to see the tropical marine life of Koh Tao. Equipment is easily rented and inexpensive, snorkelling can be done independently or through tour companies. Some of the best snorkelling is on the South West and East Coast of the island. (Please avoid standing on any corals & please do not touch the marine life).

Kayaking

Kayaking is a fantastic way to experience the natural beauty of the island and observe the tropical scenery. Kayaks are inexpensive, Eco Friendly and available to rent from most beaches.

Cycling

Apnea Total provide a selection of mountain bikes for rent per day or week. They are a great way to explore the island, providing an economical and Eco Friendly mode of transport that allows you to absorb the natural beauty of Koh Tao.

Take a 10 minute, long tail taxi boat ride to our neighbouring island Koh Nang Yuan. Visit the iconic viewpoint and snorkel around its bays.
